Everyone's been blogging about different game stuff tonight, so I figured I'd finally make one I've been meaning to write for a while. Some (Like the next season) are both fully random and newbies only. Milestone seasons (every 10th season) will often be selected from the list of applicants. A raffle ticket acts as your expression of interest - you will need one to enroll, even on milestone seasons (which is why we asked you to grab one for C10!)
