Spritevivor S1E1 “Princes and Bugs”

Welcome everyone to Episode 1 of SPRITEVIVOR! Episode 1 “Princes and Bugs” After scouring the lush countrysides and metropolitan cities of Kovazia, we have found 24 of the greatest competitors to compete in the inaugural season of Spritevivor! As you may have seen in the tribe reveals, Season 1 of Spritevivor takes place in the beautiful fishing village of Awa’atlu. After a brief (6 year) journey through the cosmos in cryosleep, our 24 castaways have landed on the beautiful planet of Pandora and sailed to the reef of the Metkayina where their journey begins. As the castaways gathered at the Cove of Ancestors, the Olo’eyktan of the Metkayina, Tonowari, divided them into three tribes. The KELUTRAL tribe. The SEZE tribe. The ZANGKE tribe. Once separated into their three tribes, the castaways were given a few minutes on their own to make eachothers acquaintance! On the Kelutral tribe, it became clear this was a star-studded group. Angelique, Dakota and Tisha were clearly put off by the fact that Tad and Rainolds seemed completely disinterested in their fame and accolades! Greedia couldnt help but roll her eyes at Angeliques attitude, while Edgar simply said “<_<”! What could that mean? Over at Seze, PosterBoi took notes in his trusty notepad on all the names of the players around him. Fiji whipped her hair from side to side, but immediately rubbed Zach the wrong way when some of her bright (admittedly stunning) ginger locks hit him straight in the face! Sam stayed quiet, observing from the side while Doug and Connor bonded over football. Finally, at the Zangke tribe, Kallie found a small spider-like creature on the ground of the beach and started talking with it while Cruz did pushups. Stayc couldnt hide her disgust toward Kallie and Glitter fell face first into the sand! After the tribes were done socializing, Sprite arrived on the beach via Ikran to kick off the game. “Welcome tribes to the inaugural season of Spritevivor!” The air buzzed with anticipation and Sprite cut to the chase quickly. “Today we will take part in your first challenge here at the great reef of Pandora!” Castaways glanced side to side, some sick with nerves and others beaming with excitement. Amanda put her beautiful long hair in a ponytail, Doug tightened his shoelaces and Dreamfyre… “Hold on! Were missing someone!” Sprites voice cut into the moment “Does anyone have eyes on the Prince? Dreamfyre?” The cast and crew looked around. Nettles, the Production Assistant, secretly hoped Dreamfyre had already been killed by one of Pandoras dangerous creatures. But quickly the groups attention was pulled to down the shore where Dreamfyre had mounted the ikran Sprite rode just minutes before. “I wouldnt do that if i were you..” Sprite warned Dreamfyre, but her protest fell on deaf ears. Dreamfyre was thrown off the large animals back and into the ocean. After the Prince was fished out of the water by a reluctant Ghutch, a member of the set crew, Sprite was able to continue on with the challenge. “For todays challenge, we will be easing you into this new unfamiliar world with a scavenger hunt! Throughout the cove and its inland forest, there are 20 hidden artifacts. All artifacts are Kovazian objects, with no business littering the untouched sacred land here! The two tribes with the most artifacts found by eclipse will win immunity and be safe from the first Tribal Council” After some clarifying questions, mostly for the sake of Elizabethan and Glitter, the tribes were ready and took off in all directions to find artifacts. Strangely one player didnt start the hunt- Kallie! Kallie remained sitting on the beach, now with a small clan of insects around her, some glowing, transfixed on her every move. Even when Gabs came back to the beach with one artifact and screamed at Kallie to get moving, Kallie didnt budge! Over at the Seze tribe, Ven raced from tree to tree, searching every nook and cranny. Eventually Ven found an artifact at the same time Connor found another. On Kelutral, Dreamfyre hid in the trees after his recent humiliation while Angelique ordered Tad around. Greedia considered confronting Angelique about her behavior, but decided to hold off until after the challenge. During the challenge, Marie couldnt help but admire the craftsmanship on an artifact she found- wait a minute! Thats not an artifact! Thats a hidden immunity idol! Marie finds the first hidden immunity idol of the season and stuffs it into her pocket quickly, but not before Edgar from Kelutral sees her and exclaims “O_O”. Luckily for Marie, it might be a bit difficult for Edgar to expose her secret! Eclipse was quickly approaching, as was signaled by some nearby Na’vi children remarking on it, and the Zangke tribe was lagging behind in their artifact findings! “Dakota finds an artifact! Sam finds an artifact! Cruz finds an artifact!” Sprite called from the shore. All the while, Kallie remained on the beach with her spiders. The Zangke tribe eventually felt too exhausted to continue. Glitter, Gabs, Elizabethan and Jordie all sat on the beach in defeat. As Doug found the 6th artifact for the Seze tribe, they were feeling good. Rainolds found a third for the Kelutral tribe. Zangke only had one. Eclipse was nearly there and all hoped seemed lost. Amanda just about lost it on Kallie. “Youre no help! Ive had unpaid 70-hour work week interns more helpful than you!” Amanda screamed at an unbothered Kallie. Suddenly Kallie raised her arms, Ghutch nearly intervened, expecting a brawl. But Kallie simply sat with her arms raised and her army of bugs marched into the forest behind them. The Kelutral and Seze tribes were celebrating their almost certain victory, when out of the forest came a marching army of insects and bugs carrying a dozen Kovazian artifacts. Zangke wins immunity! Seze wins immunity! The Kelutral tribe was stunned. Rainolds kicked over their basket holding their few pointless artifacts, Dreamfyre pounded the sand, Tishas bones rattled, Angelique sighed and Edgar said “:(“. —- Fade to black.
