It is not a personal grievance to call you out for being a part of gatekeeping to the community for newer players. You could simply be better about it or acknowledge it. I do not still have a grievance! I just find it odd to comment that you are not sure it is fixable when you are contributing to the problem (Of gatekeeping newer players from enjoying games in this specific case with large premades).
