I think the concept is really really cool and I appreciate all the hard work Sin has put in to it, but the execution needs a bit of work. Starting off, after seeing MotherFart literally lose ranking points for coming in 4th place (even though she only had 1180 points), I have come to realization that getting over 1300 points will be nearly impossible with a gamemode such as hysteria. Sure if this was race or arena it would make more sense. But in a game like Hysteria, someone can randomly take you out for 11th and you lose points. Secondly, there is also no progression in terms of gaining ELO. Someone could literally be the top ranked player the entire season and work hard to get there, and then in the last 4 days get a few 11th places and fall down SO much. All the work for nothing. This just doesn't make sense to me Finally, a making ELO points super sensitive will prevent players from wanting to play if they are already ranked super high. If I was one of the top ranked players I wouldn't want to join a game because of how sensitive it is to lose points. Or people will get super high up and get frustrated about losing points for getting 3rd or 4th place and not want to play anymore. There are just so many things wrong with this new system that I think can easily be fixed. With a few tweaks this could be really cool!!
