Is it always like this?

I've been looking forward to playing Frenzy for a while, but suddenly people were talking about really strange things and fighting amongst themselves, insulting each other and ignoring all the good things and people. I don't understand anything! If anyone came to this game to make friends, I'd be happy to say hello and chat. Thanks so much to everyone who's been nice.
