In so much pain

went to the restroom for literally 5 minutes while cooking and came back to smoke everywhere and a grease fire. panicked and grabbed the pan with my bare hand trying to get it outside. ended up with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my dominant hand. currently waiting at the er in so much pain and have to go see a burn specialist
