New race format idea

Powerup Frenzy: - Each team begins 6 power ups (3 each). - Powerups are randomized rather than being chosen. - Each day, new powerups are randomized. - Potential lock feature (Pay a set amount of money to keep 1 powerup for the entirety of race, or for a certain amount of DCs). So basically regular race rules, but powerups are constantly changing putting in a different layer of strategy into race. You really have to be careful watching what other people have to determine how you should spend. sin tez
