I’m so bad at responding

29 unread kovaze messages 49 unread texts 7 voicemails I think I’m just burnt out. I see messages and mean to respond, but put it off to go watch a comfort show or something. Then hours turn into days, I feel guilty for taking so long, and somehow that makes me avoid responding even more.
