Not to be fatphobic
But I’ll probably be anyway which is okay ,why do really fat people who are really well off not go on ozempic/glp? And I don’t mean like the slightly chubby people but I don’t get why some people would want to willingly be unhealthy and at risk for all these diseases if they can prevent it and then also finally be hot too

Because the drug isn't for weight loss to begin with, which means many complications can come from it. Also with the fact that it's expensive, most obese people are obese due to financial issues and not being able to afford a super "healthy" lifestyle. The most of we see of ozempic use is celebrities abusing it because they can. Now, obese people with type 2 diabetes, are most likely on it, they the only reason they might choose not to is maybe lack of health insurance. And we can also say the same about people who are on it that are now borderline anorexic which is also very unhealthy. I think ozempic culture when used not for medical reasons is just plain toxic and spreading an unhealthy and unrealistic way to lose weight if that is a goal.
Fiji (I didnt see the well off part of the blog mb) But the rest of my point still remains. If they are well off, it's better to use that might to hire a personal trainer, and utilize their funds more for their diet and lifestyle choices
no one is well off enough as they look like I think. all my friends think I have enough to get on it cuz I go on vacations and shit but it’s just cuz my gf pays for some stuff too and I don’t have enough to pay for it consistently each month
there are still no long term studies that prove it wont fuck you up later in life
Sam I mean that’s true but I think people who are at risk of a heart attack and a plethora of other complications should be a lot more concerned about staying alive and being healthy in the short term than the long term
