Was thinking today
My doctor is probably thrilled with how much weight I've lost recently. Meanwhile, breakfast is a stimulant, lunch is the same iced coffee I started that morning, and dinner is usually my only meal. Maybe that's why I'm exhausted all the time. The more annoying realization is that the only time I seem to lose weight is when I'm barely eating, and that doesn't feel like much of a win.
