Autism discourse is so toxic, acting like the world is going to pause every time you get overwhelmed or lack the skills to navigate the situation you're in. I'm autistic, I get it, but the world doesn't stop for anyone and if that's your expectation in life you're not going to make it.

Due to aging do not make you gain 30 pounds when you're still young. They do lower your daily caloric needs a bit, but it's not so drastic that you would become obese from habits that kept you thin at age 25

You gain weight. It has absolutely zero effect on your weight vs being 18, 20, 25. If your body has some shape to it and you're happy with that, that's great, keep doing what you're doing, but turning 30 did absolutely nothing to make your body look that way.
