Hey guys, I decided it was time for a name change. I joined Tengaged back in 2009, and I was RawrItsNick. I was 13 years old! Now I am a 30 year old with greying hair and chronic back pain. I think it is time to drop the "RawrIts". Besides, I always thought it would be so cool to just have my name as a username on a website. So I have reintroduced myself to some of you already. Hell, some of you I have known for 17 years?! I would like the rest of you to get to know me as well. Born in St. John's, Newfoundland. I have lived the majority of my life in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Now living in Toronto, Ontario with my beautiful husband, whom I have been with for over 9 years (you may remember him from later tg days). I am a working actor/singer, and a bartender in Toronto's Gay Village (clichè I know). I have a degree in theatre and film and 2 advanced diplomas in Musical Theatre. We have the sweetest little dog named Tammy Faye Barker, I'll post her cute face below. She is a rescue from Mexico. She is our world, and I feel like the luckiest guy in the universe most days. I was pretty determined on Tengaged. Perhaps even a little cutthroat at times? I won stars twice, I had to be! ... I have dropped that on this site. I just want to make friends and have fun. I know I am not great at the challenges, but I am getting better! (Except Holey. Fuck Holey). I have connected with some people so far, and I look forward to strengthening those bonds in the future. I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported me throughout my time in Celebs 7. I truly appreciate every vote, every message, and everyone who stood by me during this experience. Being part of this season was something I was excited for, and while I did enjoy many moments and met some great people along the way, I will admit it was not exactly what I expected. At times it felt like there were many pre existing connections, and unfortunately some people struggled to separate the game from personal friendships. Despite that, I am proud to say that I played a significant role in the game from start to finish. I stayed true to myself, respected everyone even though some people didn’t, and gave my best throughout the experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Chris, Lewis, Adam, Dani, Bubba for being great players and memorable parts of this journey. I’m joining you all in the jury house. It’s absolutely crazy to look on my pharmacy and see how much I would be paying for my ability to live if I didn’t have decent insurance through my job. For reference 1 bottle of insulin WITHOUT insurance would cost me $300 EACH, meanwhile I pay $30 for 10 bottles In my prescription. And that doesn’t even cover the insulin pump, blood sugar sensor, & supplies. I would be paying tens of thousands of dollars just to be able to live a decent life. WELCOME TO AMERICA 😭
