I just don't think
this community deserves a space like this if I am being honest. Collectively the "loudest" and most prominent members of this sphere who have the most influence tend to be the most mean, publicly vile, and privately incel-coded people I have ever met online. Anytime anyone who is remotely mature / professional enters this space and tries to make it better, they are almost immediately ran out because the SAME users pull the same stunts for their own entertainment & drama that fulfills their lackluster lives to begin with.
I truly feel fucking awful for Sin because I know how hard they have worked to pull this shit off, and I feel equally awful for those who were in power (myself included) that had true intentions to make this website a great space just to be constantly harassed by those who either wanted an upper hand in a game, or just so fucking bored of their life that they'd rather ruin the fun for everyone else.

i definitely think this community doesn't realise that it is not a right to be on here, it is a luxury. having high expectations isn't a bad thing at all, everyone wants this site to succeed, but maybe temper them to what is actually realistic? i also think that some people's attitudes on this site are pushing away new users and people.

Runaways It's cyclic. They complain about lack of updates, so Dallas promotes people up to help. Then, the "public" does whatever they can to shame those same people who are trying to help. Dallas then demotes them because they have to focus on that vs. actually updating the website. Then the public gets upset about the lack of updates. Rinse and repeat.

Runaways my question is do they want the site to succeed or do they want what is best for them to succeed? I feel like a lot of ideas are best suited for what best for them personally. Plus, most of the time we get something new, the majority of people cry without even trying it once. Have they not heard of trial and error?
NicoRobin This is EXACTLY it. The loudest people who complain are the ones who want the rules bent for them so that they can succeed, not for the website to succeed. If THEY aren't calling the shots, then no one else should be able to enjoy the shots being called.
DK, the majority of the suggestions in the Discord are mostly personal reasons. Oh I didn't get Bingo because RobbieRiot keeps winning, we should limit a cap on it. You can call Bingo only once.
