girl sometimes i sleep on my arm funny and will like cut off circulation and literally wake up in a panic because my arm feels DEAD. like i have to flop it around with my other hand just to get some feeling back LMAO
What position did you wave up in? If you were in an awkward position sleeping, it could be because of pressure on nerves in your back or legs. Go take a look at yourself in the mirror, make sure you look alright. It could also just be when your legs "fall asleep", and you woke up to that feeling because you didn't move/adjust your legs. Don't stress.
