A 3,000 year old corpse

Clown predates your grandparents' grandparents and their grandparents, too. Even long before they were burning witches at the stake, Clown was here. He was around for the mummifications in Ancient Egypt and watched in glee as they placed the organs into their canopic jars. They thought he was a god when they saw his painted face and heard his voice whispering to them. But in reality he was only a circus performer waiting for circuses to be invented so he had someone to perform for besides himself.
