Honestly I fully agree with almost everything said I this video 🤧 why are internships requiring experience. At this point in the tech industry you have to be the top 1% to even be considered for hire and its ludicrous! I'm on track to end up in a similar position soon and I'm scared. But seeing people like you vlog abt it gives me a bit of courage. Great vid! Also the spread of food one of your coworkers brought looks delicious!
itsamodernlife I agree. They do sadly, especially these big companies.. I was apart of hiring process for the new interns and they looked more at the people with prior experience (which is crazy to me, I think they should be supposed to give the chance to everyone, regardless of experience - for an internship ofc). Ty for this comment & your outlook! If you have youtube I would appriciate the sub & I am posting bi-weekly :)
I'll watch this later but as someone who is working at a place that's struggling to get a single person hired on rn for internal reasons it's almost 100% the job market
