wyatt 2 weeks ago79 views

So before my wreck I was 170 5’9 , still overweight even then but not as bad now after my wreck I currently am 200. I feel full anyway, I have like stomach stretch marks but I don’t wanna eat alot, I also slowly working myself into working out again. Does anyone have geniuene tips to lose this weight cause I feel so embarassed about it even tho it’s probably normal especially after and accident like that and being home bound. THX !!

Medusa said 10k steps a day and I cannot stress that the easiest way to lose weight when youre around that weight is increasing your daily steps. For reference I was at like 216 and I cut down to like 180 with this + food substitutions. If you're at 5k steps, increase to 6k steps per day if you can. Actual exercise will help slightly, but at that weight its easier and more effective to increase your passive cardio. I have dc and I can send more tips

high protein + calorie deficit. protein keeps u fuller + retains muscle mass and then the calorie deficit will burn off fat.

style I’ll have to look in what’s high protein then I know like chicken and rice is a big go to or like noodles and ground beef

style what he said! Take your weight in kg and multiply it by 0.8. This is how much protein you would aim for daily as a minimum. In your case, 72g of protein. Very achievable! But you also would like to have a calorie deficit of 500 for gradual weight loss, 1000 for quicker. But it is less sustainable among. Message me if you want more help, and to find out how many calories you need to aim for. Don't wanna comment a novel haha
