Public Shops Update: This change aims to incentivise shop owners to bring back quality designs to the shops game. No more shop slop! --- Number of Public Shops reduced from 10 to 8, Stock per public shop reduced from 40 to 30, Minimum stock per item increased from 1 to 3, Shops moving on per round increased from 0 to 2.
