i'm exactly 3 months out from turning 29 and my 20's have been nothing but lessons and growth <3 15 - rotten fruit falls on its own. Meaning when someone does you wrong you actually don’t have to do anything. what they tried to do to you they are actually doing to themselves and karma is not our job 30 - not everyone will understand you and it’s okay 45 - the way people treat you says more about them than it does about you 60 - comparison is the biggest thief of joy and not only that it also steals your clarity 75 - pay attention to how people treat you when you are struggling, not just when you are succeeding 90 - sometimes the kindest thing you can do for yourself is to walk away from someone or situations that hurt you. there is strength in leaving situations that don’t serve you anymore 105 - you can forgive people while still remembering the lesson 120 - failure usually teaches you more than success. how you pick yourself up from failure is a huge lesson in itself 135 - it’s okay to change your mind and start over as many times as necessary 150 - progress is rarely linear and it looks different for everyone. there will be days where there are setbacks, detours and days where you feel like you are moving backward instead of forward 165 - confidence comes from doing things scared. the most confident people (which I am not) weren’t born that way but it’s because they they do things that are uncomfortable or scary 180 - don't waste your time with people who aren't happy for you. they aren't happy for themselves either 195 - i can't stress this enough. it is a blessing to not understand why someone can do something awful to you because it means that you would never do that 210 - life rarely goes according to plan, but if often leads us where we need to grow
