start of a new week <3

today is the start of my work week which means it’s the start of a week i haven’t lived before. my first instinct is to go about my week the way i always have however i encourage you all to start your week by saying these things: - this is going to be the best day - how lucky am i to be able to experience a brand new week - what is proof that things are working out for me - have trust and faith that things are unfolding exactly how they are meant to it’s important we train our brain to look for the good because it is our human nature to seek out the bad. we get to decide how we go about our week :) hugs everyone, i hope this week brings you everything your heart desires <3
