mom for me it's like when i get obsessed with a dumb app game on my phone, i have (legitimate diagnosed) ADHD so playing a game absentmindedly helps me focus on whatever im watching/listening to if im in a meeting at work. when i play frenzy or hysteria i have to lock the fuck in
