I don't like this special cursor

Reminds me of the adware from the mid-00s like hotbar or whatever, that allowed you to customize your window's explorer task bar and your cursor, letting you put cool backgrounds or whatever. you could also make special cursors on those do it yourself websites like pixler or myspace. The cursor gives me so much ptsd from those days.
