Royale Post
Well.
My death was anticlimactic, which I HATE because I was ready to fight but I had things I had to do today to prepare. I wanted to go out fighting but I went out away from my laptop.
I was in the more "controlled" royale (The Fam & Co), but I liked alot of the people there so I found myself working with alot of them, and that's a major reason why I made it far. However, I was on the outs, so I knew I had to pay attention 24/7 past F20 because at that point most of them were going to stay loyal to each other, and while I was loyal to some, there were a few that were hungry for blood that I didn't talk to. My oomfs didn't lie when they said you have to pay tf attention at all times, bc I got jumped within the 5 mins it took me to wash dishes wtf.
Honestly I think you can do fine in the gamemode if you're not on 24/7, like you can nap and probably live, but you need to have a strong social game with the power individuals/groups come midgame or else you become a target at the mid-endgame for those people already sticking together. I ended up dying to Imperio , someone I hardly ever interacted with in the game, but who I knew was actively hunting people. Me personally, I barely got sleep, but that was because I prioritized resource hunting over everything. That's probably why I died. I also wasn't at full health despite having like 4 health packs so that was negligence on my end.
I think I'd play again, knowing I can safely focus on resource collection and making alliances, but if you want to play royale and make it to the end, be prepared to stay UP for Day 2 and Day 3 (if your game lasts that long). If you don't have a solid alliance, stay awake for Day 2 especially, because that's when the real bloodshed happens and you need to lock tf in as people get restless and itch for kills. Especially when you get to the final couple of people (<20 people) and you're on the outs, keep them eyes glued. I legit had an autorefresher and still died in 5 minutes.
To Imperio, win or else I'm cutting your wifi indefinitely because if you're going to take out the idle players u better do something with them resources. To my oomfs, I love you all and good luck. This has been a lovely experience.
