don't have free reign to whatever they want. I'm always overseeing their decisions and they are always consistent with the decision I would have made. And for some reason people will get penalised and the first thing they do is blame the same two users, neither of whom are moderators 😭 This isn't @ anyone in particular but 95% of the site has a clean slate, so if you're constantly being penalised there may be a pattern here and it's not a moderator that has it out for you.

It's not hard to require moderators take a free online harassment course to know what they're talking about. As it is, I don't trust their judgment. And I don't know what your credentials are on matters like this either. (You're a STEM graduate I presume?). No offense, but more transparency is needed here.

I disagree I have seen very blatant bias from mods and there decisions. That’s why we need transparency. Not masked vigilantes

VICTIM There is transparency in their decisions, there doesn't need to be transparency in their identities. We've already seen how that played out on the previous site.
