Stacking backgrounds?

Brookie made some beautiful half top and half bottom background designs this cycle, everyone should check them out. Sin would it be possible to add an upgrade to the upgrade shops that would allow two backgrounds at once? I have to some great backgrounds that would pair really well with Brookies half designs. Scratch that I think I figured it out!!!!
