Updated PPG For Top 100!

Hey guys! About 2-3 months ago, I made a tier list ranking the top 100 users on their points per game. I think enough time has passed to where we can update that again! Note: The numbers might be slightly off (within approximately 0.15) if you played a few games between when I started making the blog and when I posted it.
