Second Chances
Hello!
You may begin to notice users who were permanently banned returning to the website. Some (NOT all) permanently banned users will be given another chance on the website, starting with limited honour and no points or coins. As opposed to the system on Tengaged where you had to come back on a new account, you now have the option to return to the previously permed one, albeit without the things they earned on account. You may also choose to return on another account, but your honour will still start at a much lower number.
For the most serious offenses, those users will obviously not be allowed to return. The timeframe will typically be around 2 months, but it will depend on the circumstances of the perm. If a user does not contact us with plans or hopes to return, we will assume they are not interested.

There should be a list of these people or something then so everyone can understand who and why they are being brought back

so... its not a "perm ban" then, its a 2 month ban with wiped account?
brookie The power to appeal a ban has been a thing for awhile now, and these specific bans in general has been an ongoing topic for the mod team. The problem is that a lot of people had some involvement, but not everybody had the same level of involvement. Given the circumstances and a lot of deliberation, we decided this would be the best course of action.
