im confused

I received a notification saying that I will be temporarily banned if I go offline in Race. The thing is… I have never gone offline in Race. I’ve always been there, present, connected, even when my results weren’t the best. I feel humiliated. I play every day trying to improve, trying to grow, trying to be a little better than I was yesterday. So I simply don’t understand this report, MOD_Hilda.
