Do I block and cut my friend off?

Long story incoming…. So I have a friend who I met back in January, and she used to be coworkers with my fiancé. As time has gone on I have noticed some red flags, and she has this controlling behavior that reminds me of my old best friend I stopped being friends with due to that but kinda thought I was getting in my head and brushed it off. She also likes to make jabs at my fiancé, keeps trying to peer pressure me to conforming to her hobbies and things she likes, and talks to me like I’m a child when I’m around her. This past week though, she put me through the absolute ringer. She has been living in and out of hotels, got kicked out from two this week, and also kept asking to borrow money since her “check was delayed.” I gave her a good chunk of money too. She kept spam calling and texting me to help her and she had absolutely no one else. When I would tell her I had work, she didn’t give af, and expected me to drop my schedule fully for her. I helped her twice this past week and she caused me to be late to work. Thank god I have a chill supervisor and was understanding when I explained the situation. So Friday when she got kicked out of the second hotel, she asked if I can meet her at Uhaul to get a truck since she doesn’t drive. I met her there for her to tell me the reservation is going fully under my name since she’s in trouble with Uhaul, and the truck at most would only be going a couple miles to store things out of the hotel room and her other friend is coming later to help her move with her car. I was anxious the entire today cuz not only was the truck in my name, she had “errands to run” and would be late returning the truck. I asked her to call Uhaul to tell them, and she lied since Uhaul called me asking where the truck was. I took a break from work later in the day to go take the truck back to find out she lied to me, drove the truck off property, and I had to pay $60 for miles and gas. I spammed called her back cuz like WTF you lied, and she definitely tried to sneak that thinking the $60 would pull from my account and I wouldn’t notice. Not only that she had her friend who was NOT authorized to drive the truck drive it. She finally answered said she got paid, and I demanded all my money she owed while on the phone. She said she couldn’t call me while sending money since her Zelle wouldn’t let her send it. I asked when I would get my money back, and she said by 9pm. 9pm shows and no money. I tried contacting her, and got no answer. Then the next morning, she finally sent my money back after many times of trying to reach her. In the moment I thought it was all over until TODAY….. I’m out running errands and going to vote, then suddenly she starts blowing up my phone asking me for MORE money for her phone bill. I told her I didn’t have it, and needed it for a trip this week she knows about btw. She starts literally spamming me and begging me to send her money and said I would get it back tonight. (Yeah right?) She even fucking went on Venmo and sent me a request to send money. I told her no again, and she hasn’t messaged since probably cuz she’s mad I put my foot down and didn’t fall in to it. There’s a lot more I can say with this girl. I definitely feel she would have withheld my money if me and mg fiancé weren’t messaging her about it. I am literally someone who is way too nice and usually very patient, but I am at my absolute wits end.
