I Missed My Grandmas Funeral For Royale

I specifically told my family they had to move grandmas funeral because of royale. They told me it was impossible due to her state of decomposition / the grave already being dug. I told them whatever find someone else to do the eulogy then. And now there is no royale?? Im starting to think I made the wrong decision.
