Puzzler is just one of the comps on here (so a Puzzler arena = an arena where *every* round is puzzler, instead of having different comps). Blitz Arenas are arenas where all of the comps are the "faster" ones (Codebreaker, Relics, Puzzler, Stacker, Deal, Archery and Lucky Drop....i think, don't quote me on that though).
Morgana Race is just a race where you have the option to bid each round to "push" your partner (ie: highest bidder pushes their partner to another person and receives a new partner).
You can go to the Hall of Fame page to get a list of the current minigames that are in the 'normal' rotation. and there is a blog link for how some of the minigames are played, not sure how updated it is but i can try to track that down too :)
