I Took A New Job
Within the same company because in my old position I was drastically underpaid and overworked.
Now that I've been promoted to a whole different part of the company, my old boss continues to reach out asking me to do things for him since he cant get anyone with enough technical knowledge to actually do my old job.
How do I tell him to kick rocks professionally?

I did this too and it still happens a year later. People will still ask me to do things I used to be in charge of and then get mad and talk shit when I direct them to the correct place. But they talk shit to my boss who then tells them its not my job. Like brain worms in these people.
Tell him you have other priorities at this new role and currently have no bandwidth to take on additional projects
