lets say you and your boyfriend anniversary is in March and you makes plans for that week because you are long distance and want to spend the week with him on that important date and you had these plans planned for a long time and you just find out an hour ago he's going to Hawaii the same week we made plans for are anniversary and now that means probably our plans have to get canceled ( plz help )

did he know about the plans before the hawaii trip, or were you trying to surprise him so he didnt know? how old is he? i mean in theory he should have wanted to spend it with you.. so thats kinda odd.
