THE PROTÉGÉ

Fashion mogul and multi-millionaire Morgan Morano, CEO and founder of Jewels by Morgan, is stepping out of her office and back into the limelight once again. The starlet entrepreneur is looking for a creative, intelligent, and eclectic individual to take under her wing. Could it be you? The Protégé is an upcoming creativity-based ORG inspired by The Apprentice that will take place right here on Kovaze. Potential protégés will compete to prove they have the vision, originality, and persuasion skills needed to earn a place beside Morgan, The Executive. Each round, players will be challenged to develop brands, sell unconventional ideas, create campaigns, solve creative problems, and pitch their concepts under pressure. Some tasks will be individual, while others will force players to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and manage competing personalities. After each challenge, performance will be examined in the Boardroom, where players may be asked to defend their decisions, explain their strategy, and convince The Executive why they deserve another chance. Strong concepts can fall apart under questioning, while a player who stumbles may survive if they can prove their potential. As the competition progresses, the assignments will become larger, riskier, and more demanding, testing not only creativity but adaptability, leadership, business instinct, and the ability to command a room. In the end, three finalists will face one final challenge designed to test everything they have learned. **BEFORE I GET ASKED**: AI is NOT REQUIRED. AI, drawings, or any other kinds of visuals can be used throughout this competition. You also don't need a visual, but some sort of visual representation of your ideas will greatly help your case.
