Why is humanity so rotten?
I hate having an idiot boss; the other employees just chat instead of working, and he does nothing, while I'm working non-stop. Then the secretary, instead of doing her job, is the first one who wants to chat and overload me.

It's all by design my friend, the answer isn't to let it make you bitter, you just have to learn to try and make the most of it, or maybe try a different job although many jobs are the same. Just slowly cut back, that doesn't mean becoming a slacker, the job isn't worth giving your all to when everyone else is seemingly giving practically nothing.
Timeless The problem is this: the lazy group shirks their responsibilities, and the person in charge simply supports it, overloading me to have more time to chat with friends. I'm not one to chat much; my focus is on treating the clinic's patients well, but my work is never valued. And the more I do my part, the more they seem to hate me; there's this feeling that they want to fire me but won't. I'm already looking for other opportunities because it's very unfair, and it's destroying me.
Statham I was in the same exact position my last job and I went and got a new one and at points it seems similar, but is much better, it's so fucked up these companies want to fire the good workers and keep paying the shitty ones to do nothing but eventually it will catch up to them, I wish you luck in finding another better job because it definitely seems like you need one. They wanna fire you anyways, just smile in their face as you do the bare minimum.
