I love and hate
Being someone who interviews a lot of people for my job. Like I enjoy having new conversations with people and a lot of them are excited to speak with me and get to know about me and the position. But also so many people are just complete duds who have no business applying for the jobs that they are and it’s so awkward when I know like first 2 minutes that they will not be getting hired
