Kinda want to send my old boss a strongly worded email

Kinda want to move on and let it go. I will never forget when I accidentally forgot to clock out (the one time in my life) and she sent a company wide email calling me out by name saying if it ever happens again I wont get paid for the shift (illegal, mind you). She held monthly staff meetings where she just abused everyone for an hour straight. When I put in my 2 week notice, she ignored it and kept adding me to shifts, when I stopped showing up after my last 2 weeks she threatened to report me to the state for "patient abandonment". Just an unprofessional and miserable old bag. I dont know why I think about this over a year later.. But every time It crosses my mind I get an impulse to send her an email.
