specifically sent her husband out on extra errands (picking up dinner and meds) and googled how long it would take him to do all that, so she had enough time to kill her 3 kids, and people think she's innocent, will never not be crazy to me

Rawr25 so why should school shooters be sentenced to life if many/most of them are also clinically insane?

Rawr25 yes but I don't think a school shooter ever deserves to go back into the life, the same way I don't think Clancy does either
I think you’re misunderstanding the point of the trial. It’s obvious she killed the kids, the jury is deciding whether or not she was of sound mind when she did it.
Ethan I don't think anyone who goes to kill people is ever "of sound mind". Do you think a mom who is going through postpartum psychosis and then kills 10 people in a shooting, should also be let off the hook? I personally think it's such a dumb argument because almost any mass killer is clearly unwell, and their diagnoses can help explain their actions but shouldn't excuse them.
