and since I’m asking

I’ve had a pinching sharp 1/10 pain in my lower left back for 2-3 days now that is very obviously not muscular because it doesn’t change with movement/rest/effort and im suspecting it’s something kidney related how long would you realistically ignore the pain considering you’re completely symptomless before being like okay this can’t be ignored anymore And yes obviously I have medical knowledge I see writings on the wall I just would rather rip out my organs than spend a single cent on a medical shit this year
