When you enter a store you got a worker yelling at you “welcome in” like way to overstimulate me

It's believed to be good customer service, but I think it's annoying lol
Don't come into my cafe, you'll get multiple people doing it. As a socially anxious person who lowkey hates people I don't love it! But as someone very good at their job who works at a location that especially prides itself on excellent customer service, it's ingrained.
