Malibu Patrick framed her and I’ll die on this hill unfortunately. nothing he’s said adds up AT ALL
LEXEY 100% it’s not even physically possible for her to have killed Callan and been in a hypothermic state in the time frame.
Malibu and he was resuscitated!!! at 6:40. he couldn’t have been dead for more than 30 minutes and neighbours reported seeing Lindsay outside at 5:50 and they just took Patrick’s word for it
LEXEY I started following the case a little later, so I’m catching up, but he’s definitely lying, especially because she had issues that he already knew about beforehand, and despite that, not enough measures were taken (and he took advantage of the situation)… I think they’re trying to make her look 100% guilty because otherwise she really might kill herself, and this way they can keep her under 24/7 observation.. Something that really shocked me is that she’s a nurse, so it wouldn’t have been difficult for her to kill herself at all… and the ways they claim she tried to do it seem staged to me!! I just think that her husband was provoking her to kill her own children, taking advantage of the whole situation... :(((
Fireflyyy even if he didn’t do it he STILL left her alone with the children, went on business trips to ny and took Cora on solo ski trips. If he knew his wife had post partum depression and having intrusive thoughts of harming the children or herself WHY WOULD HE LEAVE HER ALONE !!!! he failed her either way big time
