We meet people every day and have no idea what they're carrying with them.. Today, during a work meeting with someone I had never met before, he told me he was struggling with depression and that I was the first person who had been kind to him in months. :(( The first!! 😞 A complete stranger. I don't know why he felt comfortable sharing that with me, but I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Just a reminder: be kind. You never know what someone is fighting behind the scenes.
