Sometimes there are 3 arenas happening simultaneously, and frenzy and Hysteria remain in limbo, waiting for centuries to fill, maybe that's why they have so many inactive in the game. Sin could increase the reward in games that prioritise the social gameplay of the participants, so maybe people would value these games more
