Back from wellness retreat

I did lake swimming, there was an outside pool, sound baths, slept in a glamping tent, it was too hot to do much walking but I read my book and did lots of sun bathing and ate nice food. No alcohol either which was nice. We also spent 3 hours playing trivial pursuit in this converted barn and we met this lady who wasn’t able to start her car so was waiting for someone to help her so we invited her to play. It was her 70th birthday. We had a right good time playing it! Idk it was just such a wholesome time I feel much better for it.
