So many people at work

Have “what do actually do here” jobs it’s crazy. A “project manager” who sits in the aisle over from mine has spent several hours on calls doing “planning” this “seminar” which is going to involve…reading several different PowerPoints. Totally maddening that someone can make more than me without managing people or actually producing anything.
