With the exact same 14 newbies but take the icons out, how does it change? I kinda feel like Chuk/Kamu/Haley still align, Taylor/Lala still align, FAP forms a lot earlier (and is a more solid group) without the icons to influence Drew/Barrett. I think Rome/Lyric/Jason also end up being a power alliance and there’s a lot of paranoia about needing to “split them up before jury” or whatever.

Put me in charge of Big Brother, give the show a budget increase and let me plan all the twists. The week 1 twists they've done the past couple years have all been kinda boring? The BB Buyoff power was a cool idea but the mastermind's accomplice twist was a giant nothingburger. And then this season it was just competitions for safety and then a comp for one of the icons to get HoH. Lame! The audience cries out for a week 1 white elephant gift exchange for various powers and punishments.

BB28 is just not doing it for me the way 26 and 27 did. Kelley and Keanu being completely delusional and horrifically bad at the game yet winning comps and surviving week after week was such good food there really hasn't been anything that's held my attention as well this season.
