Working A Corporate Job

Can feel so bizarre at times. There’s so many people at my company at my level who are either grossly incompetent, lazy, or transparently self serving. Most are all 3, but they still are all fine because every department is run so thin that they just get by going through the motions. The handful of us who do care and are actually good at our job continue to get increasing responsibilities and special projects. The main silver lining is that I can at least use the extra responsibilities and special projects to bolster my resume I guess.
