I pride myself on being somewhat of a home chef
But I just made the absolute worst pasta dish I've made in ages, because I was too lazy to make my own sauce. This jarred sauce tastes like swamp ass in a jar.

Sometimes the idea does not come together. I made very good trout today, I need to send you the recipe, if you like fish. I thought it was Salmon when I bought it...
