I hate not being recognized
At work. I do an incredible job and every single metric shows that I’m doing it better than everyone else. We have calls to recognize individuals for their outstanding work and now for the 3rd time I’ve not been included in it when I am performing better than those that are highlighted. I just sent my boss a long complaint because this is bullshit

my boss never recognizes what i do for his business, but damn sure notices the moment i make a mistake. or comes in my office to ask me "what are you workin on?" when he doesn't do that to anyone else in an office - it's a bunch of bullshit that he bends over backwards and pats lazy people on the back but i get nothing. so i fully get your frustration and i'm sorry you have to deal with that :(
