I gave you reasons why the rule you had in place was unfair to all other shop owners who were not part of the site up until the rule was put in place and also to the new users/shop owners that came onboard. How is doing right by 50% of the designers/owners make it okay to do wrong by the other 50%? I suggested ways in which the perms owned could be compensated however no suggestion was welcomed.
At the time I felt it was between the MOD team and you guys probably knew best and with time you'd let this rule go. Now that I know you were the shop owner yourself profiting from this rule, I am fairly convinced it just suited you & the designers who had these designs in play. You acted from a place of power and while it was technically "within the new rules" you enjoyed privilege others didn't and then you went on to defend it while you had the said designs in your shop.In fact, yours was the only shop to profit from them that cycle.
Not everyone wants to use designs by others and not everyone wants to go asking. You should have made it compulsory to make old designs available for all to keep it fair but nope. It was not a rule for ALL. It was NOT accessible to all. It was not fair to all. You profited from it ALONE despite being a moderator. Of course you nothing wrong with it. I see why you don't see it. To be clear i understand what you feel and why you feel the way you do, Im just trying to make you understand that this isn't the case. By your logic, anyone who has ever had an exclusive design that is only given to exclusive people should be punished. If Minie or whoever it is that owns the perms of them decides to never let anyone else post anti skins, and also happens to be a mod, would that be unfair? If I was not a mod, but the rule was still a thing and i had perms, was it suddenly fair for me to post them?
For reference, when you brought this up to me on Mod_Raven I had already posted and profited from full avis, but after your concerns i did bring it up. It was just felt like this problem was minimal, and also that I, aswell as anyone else am within my right to post them. Obviously It was Anon so i couldn't just tell you that I was the user you were complaining about, but i didn't disregard your feelings at all. Its also unreasonable to make everybodys old designs be available to everyone, and I dont think many of them would have thought this was a fair way to resolve that.

Nexa Everyone could get the perms, like i said i just had the connections. Thats the case for every single design on this website, people either have the connections or they dont. Doom was not the only person who created full avis, he just made many of them. Those are the only ones i had access to, i wasn't friends with the other people who made them, so I couldnt post every single one made on here.
So in that way none of that was unfair, If i wasnt friends with him the rules would still be the same. I just happened to have access to the designs, but none of that went into the rules when me and sin were establishing them.

Nexa The reason why full avi's were still allowed to be distributed is because it was unfair for those who had already bought perms, or had made them before it was rule. This rule had nothing to do with me having access to them because at the time I didn't even have access to them. I only posted them like well over a month after they stopped being a thing, because Doom was kind and gave me perms for them way after the fact. The truth is that every single person had the power to post them too, they just needed to ask around or befriend people who had them.
And yes i remember that conversation, i also remember telling you that these full avi's did not have the power you thought they did, considering designs get old quick and you could not make more.
brookie I actually really really liked mod_raven at the time but to now find out it was a shop owner is such a downer. It was a serious conflict of interest. The rules were clearly skewed in their favor. I took the mod's word for it then but it was not right in the least. Very disappointed that this was allowed.
